Help for Vocal Extractor: Karaoke Maker on iPhone. This page is the App Store support URL.

Restore a purchase

If you already paid for Pro on this Apple ID, open Karaoke Maker → Settings or the upgrade page → Restore membership. Apple confirms the purchase. We do not see your card details.

Cancel a subscription

Monthly and yearly Pro plans renew until you cancel. On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Karaoke Maker Pro. Turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the plan. Lifetime does not auto-renew.

Free conversions

The first three conversions are free. Recuts of a song you already converted do not use another free conversion. After that, Pro unlocks unlimited songs. Free conversions need a network check. The first launch may also need the internet to install the vocal model.

A song will not convert

Use a file the app can decode: MP3, WAV, AIFF, AAC, or M4A. DRM-protected streams are not a supported import path.
Connect to the internet the first time so the vocal model can install.
Results vary by song. Some voices may still be heard a little.

Export and Files

After conversion, choose MP3, M4A, WAV, or AIFF, then save to Files or to the in-app library. WAV and AIFF are Pro. How to export karaoke as MP3

Sing along and the microphone

Sing-along is Pro. Allow the microphone in iPhone Settings if recording does not start. Close other audio apps and try again. How to record karaoke on iPhone

Songs and privacy

Songs stay on this iPhone. An account is not required. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
